For an item to be deemed returnable for a refund it must meet the following criteria:
- Must have its original shipping label
- Be in the same condition as received
- We are unable to issue refunds on items that are still in transit.
Our policy is to re-send orders that encounter logistics problems with shipping or customs delays. Once we have identified a shipping issue, we will quickly re-send your order. These orders are not eligible for a refund.
We adhere to a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your order was marked "delivered", we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us through email@example.com. We will require your order #. After we have verified the purchase, you may send the item back to us and we can get to work on your return. Please include your order # on the package so we can identify it once it arrives. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item for the criteria listed above and once we have deemed the item returnable, we will issue you your full refund.
Your refund will be issued in the form of the original purchase method. Please be patient as some banks take a week or so to credit the refund into your account.

Please be aware that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Please order carefully and check that you have ordered the colour you wanted. If we send you the wrong colour by mistake we will send you the right colour free of charge and you may keep the products you have already received.
